At The Yarns Men, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange a cap or t-shirt, please review our policy below.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

Unworn and unwashed – Items must be in their original condition with no signs of wear, washing, or damage.

Original tags and packaging – Items must have all original tags attached and be returned in their original packaging.

Proof of purchase – A valid receipt or order confirmation must be provided.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Receive Approval – We will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.

Ship Your Item – Send the item back using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect order.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges

If you need a different size or colour, we will process an exchange once we receive your returned item.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
